Making processes work
in Germany’s Mittelstand.

I’m interested in how small and medium-sized companies in Germany and Europe can work more efficiently: with technology that fits the business, and with framework conditions that allow it. I write about this from the perspective of a practitioner – mostly in German.

About

For more than 20 years I have been making processes work – as a founder, in a large corporation, in a start-up, as an advisor and as an investor.

Today I am Managing Director and shareholder of KODRA GmbH & Co. KG in Stuttgart. For more than 90 years, KODRA has developed and manufactured washer-disinfectors for hospitals and care facilities – medical devices under the EU Medical Device Regulation. I am responsible for everything between order and satisfied customer – from manufacturing, service, quality and regulatory affairs to the systems, contracts and processes that hold it all together.

Beyond that, there is room for exchange with other companies, with investors looking at Germany, and with those who shape the framework conditions.
